Section 38(2) in Tamil Nadu Minor Inams (Abolition and Conversion Into Ryotwari) Act, 1963
(2)All proceedings for the execution of any decree or order by the arrest and detention in prison of the inamdar pending on the appointed day shall stand dismissed and if on such day the inamdar is detained in a prison in execution of any such decree or order, he shall be released forthwith.
