Section 77(b) in The Haryana New Mandi Townships Building Rules, 1967
(b)be connected with the arm of the soil pipe at a point not less than 8 centimetres (3.15") and not more than 30 centimetres (11.811") from the highest point of the trap on that side of water-seal which is nearer to the soil pipes.
