150. Preservation of records requiring permanent retention
.-Records required to be preserved permanently shall be stacked in bundles of convenient size, arranging them in chronological order. The bundle shall be wrapped in "Kora Cloth" on which shall be attached labels indicating in chronological order register numbers of the cases included in each bundle. Such bundles shall be arranged serially and kept in the records room.
