Section 77(vi) in Bihar Coal Mining Area Development Authority Rules, 1988
(vi)When a case of leprosy has been certified to be in an infectious stage as provided in rule, the Chief Medical Officer of the Authority may by written notice issues to the head of the family or other adult male. Occupant of the house, require isolation of the case in any manner the Chief Medical Officer of the Authority may prescribe.
