Section 2(f) in The West Bengal Public Libraries Act, 1979
(f)"Government" means the Government of the State of West Bengal;(ff)[ "Library" means a public library [* * * * * *] [[Clause (ff) first inserted by W.B. Act 8 of 1982, then substituted by W.B. Act 24 of 1985. Previous clause (ff) was as under :-
