45. Repeal of Ordinance No. 1 of 2012 and savings.
(1)The APG (Alakh Prakash Goyal) Shimla University Establishment and Regulation Ordinance, 2012, is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal any action taken or anything done under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
