Section 46 in Swarnim Gujarat Sports University Act, 2011
46. Completion of courses of students in colleges affiliated to other Universities.
- Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act or the regulations, any student of a college or institution affiliated to other University, who immediately before the date of affiliation to the University, was studying or was eligible for any examination of the other Universities shall be permitted to complete his course in preparation therefore and the University shall provide for such period and in such manner as may be prescribed for the instruction, teaching, training and examination of such students in accordance with the course of studies of the other University.
