Section 5(1) in The Collection of Entertainment Duty on Cable Television (including Entertainments Duty leviable or Direct-to-Home (DTH) Broadcasting Service) by Way of Public Auction Rules, 2003
(1)any director of such company or partner of such partnership firm or corporate body is convicted; of an offence under provisions of the Act or the Central Act or under any other law or;
