% 24.05.2022 The present writ petition has been listed owing to the Office Note dated 21.05.2022, which reads as follows :-
"Kindly peruse order dated 14/02/2020, wherein, the Hon'ble Court had directed the aforesaid case to be listed before court on 17/03/2020. The case was listed on 10/11/2020 in enbloc list due to covid 19 pandemic. However, thereafter case had not yet been listed by the Listing branch, as per report generated, computer is not showing any future date.
In view of above, the aforesaid case may be sent to the listing branch so as to list the matter before the Hon'ble Court for necessary order for 23/05/22."
