4. Levy rice in conformity with uniform specifications.
- The rice required to be sold to the State Agent shall be in conformity with the uniform specifications of rice as per Schedule-II of this Order.(b)In case any stock of rice offered for sale by the millers does not conform to the uniform specifications as laid down in Schedule-II it shall be reconditioned or rectified by the miller at his/her own cost and risk so as to bring it in conformity with uniform specifications.
