Section 3 in Gujarat State Disaster Management Act, 2003

- For the purposes of carrying out the objects of this Act, the following shall be the authorities, namely:-

(a)The State Government,

(b)The Gujarat State Disaster Management Authority,

(c)Heads of Government Departments,

(d)Commissioner,

(e)Collector of a district,

(f)Local authorities.
