Section 137(1) in The M.P. Municipalities Act, 1961
(1)The Chief Municipal Officer shall, at time of publication of the assessment list under Section 136, give public notice of a date not earlier than thirty days from the publication of such notice by which objections to the valuation or assessment in such list may be delivered at his office.
