Section 104 in The Orissa Town Planning and Improvement Trust Act, 1956
104. Transmission of copies of estimates to Municipalities.
- Every such estimate shall when approved by the State Government, be printed and copies hereof shall be sent by the Planning authority to the Municipalities other Local authorities affected by such estimate.
