I.A. 15515/2021 (on behalf of the Petitioner seeking directions from this Hon'ble Court to take on record the extended bank guarantee furnished as security in terms of order dated 20.07.2020)
1. By way of this application, the Petitioner seeks to place on record the bank guarantee in favour of the Registrar General of this Court.
2. It is contended that in terms of order dated 20th July, 2020, the bank guarantee which had been furnished, expired on 29th July, 2021. Thereafter, the bank guarantee was renewed on 12th November, 2021, and the same is valid up to 29th July, 2022.
3. For the grounds and reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The Petitioner is allowed to furnish the renewed bank guarantee.
4. List this matter before the Registrar General for verification and Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed By:SAPNA SETHI Signing Date:29.11.2021 18:30 acceptance of the bank guarantee on 30th November, 2021.
