(2)Provisions of the statutes, Ordinance and Regulations framed under this Act relating to any one or more of the matters referred to in the preceding sub-section may be amended for any of the purposes mentioned therein in such manner as may be decided by the State Government in prior consultation with the Chancellor and shall take effect accordingly for the purposes of exercising the powers under the preceding sub-section.
