1. Though, the matters are ripe for hearing, however, two applications i.e., I.A. 18970/2025 in ARB. A. (COMM.) 45/2023 and I.A. 18966/2025 in O.M.P. (COMM) 450/2023 have been filed.
2. Mr. Sandeep Sethi, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners in all three aforesaid cases, prays for some time to take instructions.
3. Learned counsel who appears on behalf of respondent no. 3, Mr. Mohit Singh, in all three cases, submits that an Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP) has been appointed in respect of respondent no. 3 and furnishes the details of the IRP, which are extracted as under:-
