undergo R.I. for 3 years and to pay fine of 420 of IPC Rs.5,000/- and in default of payment of fine to suffer R.I. for 6 months.
undergo R.I. for 3 years and to pay fine of 409 of IPC Rs.5,000/- and in default of payment of fine to suffer R.I. for 6 months.
undergo R.I. for 3 years and to pay fine of 467 of IPC Rs.5,000/- and in default of payment of fine to suffer R.I. for 6 months.
All the sentences shall run concurrently.
2. Record of the trial Court has been received.
3. However, due to paucity of time, the arguments on I.A. No.22543/2021 could not be complete. The ld. counsel for the appellant prays for extension of suspension period.
4. However, looking to the fact that the trial Court has itself suspended the sentence of the appellant till 18.01.2022, as an interim measure, the period of suspension of sentence granted by the trial Court is extended till the next date of hearing i.e. upto 24.01.2022 on the same terms and conditions, subject to furnishing the consent of the appellant as well as of the surety to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
