     Court made the following

Four weeks time is given to respondent No. 1 to file the counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 2 to 4 but none has entered appearance on their behalf.

Ld. Counsel for respondent No.1 submits that he will be filing vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 also. Ld. Counsel seeks and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit.

After expiry of four weeks, the matter shall be processed for Signature Not Verified listing before the Hon’ble Court.
