Section 32(1) in Dakshin Bihar Gramin Bank (Officers and Employees) Service Regulations, 2010
(1)No officer, who is not a workman within the meaning of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 shall, -(a)become or continue to be a member or office bearer of, or be otherwise directly or indirectly associated with any trade union of the employees of the Bank who are workmen within the meaning of the Act, or a federation of such trade unions;(b)resort to or in any way abet, any form of strike or participate in any violent, unseemly or indecent demonstration in connection with any matter pertaining to his conditions of service or the conditions of service of any other employees of the Bank.
