Section 654 in The Orissa Municipal Corporation Act, 2003
654. Prosecution.
- Except as otherwise provided in this Act, prosecution under this Act for breach thereof or the rules or bye-laws made thereunder may be instituted by the Commissioner or any person authorised by him in this behalf.
