Section 33(1) in The West Bengal Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)Every application under sub-section (1) of section 30 of the Act shall be made in Form L.Con. A. and in the manner as set forth in sub-sections (2) and (3) of the said section, and shall be accompanied by the prescribed fee under sub-section (5) of the said section.
