WHEREAS the Appellants above named through their Advocate Sri
C.PANINI SOMAYAJI presented this Second Appeal under Section 100
CPC, against the order dated Memorandum of Second Appeal against the
Judgment and Decree of the I Addl. Civil Judge (Senior Division) Guntur, in
AS No. 62/2024 dated 16-06-2025 reversing the judgment and decree of
the II AddI Junior Civil Judge, Guntur in OS.No. 466/2015 dated
23.11.2016;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and
affidavit/memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the
arguments of Sri C.PANINI SOMAYAJI Advocate for the Petitioner,
directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to
why this SECOND APPEAL should not be admitted.
