Heard Mr. Mukesh Kant, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mathur, learned counsel for the respondents.

Put up this matter on 20.06.2016 under the heading 'For Admission' within first ten cases.

Learned counsel for the respondents in the meantime shall seek instruction and revert back to this Court appropriately on that day.

Mr. Mukesh Kant, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that by his mistake, the fact that the petitioner has not been relieved as yet in pursuance to the order of transfer could not be stated in the petition. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has made Patna High Court CWJC No.9239 of 2016 (2) dt.16-06-2016 2 statement before this Court that the petitioner has not been relieved as yet. If such is the case, the petitioner may make the prayer before his controlling authority for not relieving him in the meantime and the said authority may pass appropriate order in accordance with law/rules in this regard.
