Section 122L in The Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945
122L. Delegation of powers by the Central License Approving Authority.
- The Central License Approving Authority may, with the approval of the Central Government, by notification delegate his powers of signing license and any other power under rules to persons under his control having same qualifications as prescribed for controlling authority under rule 50-A, for such areas and for such periods as may be specified.
