Section 6(2) in The Iron Ore Mines, Manganese Ore Mines And Chrome Ore Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1976
(2)The Central Advisory Committee shall consist of such number of persons as may be appointed by the Central Government of whom one shall be a woman and the members shall be chosen in such manner as may be prescribed:Provided that the Central Advisory Committee shall include an equal number of members representing the Government, the owners of iron ore mines , manganese ore mines and chrome ore mines and the persons employed in the iron ore mines, manganese ore mines and chrome ore mines.
