30.09.2019 Taking into consideration the nature of the case, we are not inclined to pass any Order in the present Appeal. We direct the Adjudicating Authority (National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench, Ahmedabad) to pass appropriate order with regard to replacement of the Resolution Professional after hearing the parties in accordance with law by 3rd October, 2019 i.e. next date fixed by the Adjudicating Authority.
The Appeal stands disposed of with aforesaid observations.
