Section 99(1) in The Daman And Diu Panchayat Regulation, 2012
(1)The Election Commission appointed under section 185 of the Andaman and Nicobar Islands (panchayat) Regulation, 1994 shall be the Election Commission for the superintendence, direction and control of the preparation of electoral rolls, and conduct of all elections to the Gram Panchayats and District Panchayats in the Union territory of Daman and Diu.
