The proceedings of the meetings of the Council shall be preserved in the form of printed minutes after confirmation by the signature of the President. The printed minutes shall include the agenda, the papers connected with the cases of enquiries by the Council under section 41 and in the case of other items only the Registrar's note and the decision of the Executive Committee and the Council on each item.
