praying to issue writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to take
appropriate steps or action based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on

required to ensure that the second respondent, their members, any workmen,
servants, representatives and agents do not hold any strike, demonstrations,
dharnas, blockade, gherao, shouting slogans, putting up loud speakers, pasting
any banners, or cause hindrance in the egress and ingress of the willing
workers, staff, managerial personnel and vehicles material or goods of the
petitioner, within the petitioner factory and within a radious of 500 meters from
the petitioner factory premises at Plot No.L-10, Phase-II, SIPCOT, Industrial
Park, Mambakkam Post, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram – 602 105.

ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this writ petition has been filed seeking police protection in view of labour dispute between the second respondent/men and the petitioner/Management. Now, it is submitted that the labour issue had been settled amicably between the parties.

2.In view of the above, I feel that this petition does not require any further consideration. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
