25. Delegation of powers, duties and functions.
(1)The State Government may delegate all or any of its powers, duties and functions under this Act or the rules made thereunder to the Board of Revenue or to the Commissioner of a Division.(2)The Committee may delegate all or any of its powers, duties and functions under this Act or the rules made thereunder to an Administrative Officer to be performed or exercised within his jurisdiction.
