Section 91(3) in The Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966
(3)[The notice of preparation of draft variation published] [These words were substituted for the words 'The draft variation published', by Maharashtra 6 of 1976, Section 28(b).] under sub-section (2) shall state every amendment proposed to be made in the scheme, and if any such amendment relates to a matter specified in any of the sub-clauses (i) to (iii) of clause (b) of section 59, the draft variation shall also contain such other particulars as may be prescribed.
