Section 91 in Bihar Board's Miscellaneous Rules, 1958
91. Employment in cold weather.
- [Assistant Collectors] [See Regulation IV of 1821.] may be employed during the cold weather entirely upon revenue duties in the interior, taking up only such criminal duties in neighbourhood of their encampment as will not interfere with their revenue duties. It is very desirable that Assistants should be as much in the interior of their districts as possible, in the cold season, performing settlement for other duties.
