Section 54(1) in Gujarat Gas (Regulation of Transmission, Supply and Distribution) Act, 2001
(1)Until the Gujarat Gas Regulatory Authority is duly established and constituted under this Act for the first time, its functions and powers under this Act shall be performed and exercised by the State Government or such officer as may be authorised by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette.
