10. Appointment of Compliance Auditors & Monitoring Committee.
- 10.1 The Commission may appoint from time to time Compliance Auditors to inquire into and report on compliance of these Regulations. The Auditor shall also certify the fund operated by the State Agency and created under Regulation (9.1) of these Regulations.10.2The Commission may appoint Monitoring Committee to ensure compliance of these regulations from time to time.
