Section 129(ii) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(ii)Every person or authority desiring to hold license, shall make an application in writing to the Market committee and shall pay the license fee of Rs. 50/- (Rs. Fifty) annually which shall be for the financial year ending on 31st of March but in the case of Mela its validity shall be confined to the duration of Mela being held.
