1. After hearing learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties for some time, this court wants to know as to whether there is any seat available in respect to plastic and reconstructive surgery stream in AIIMS. There are divergent stands taken by the respective parties.

3. The petitioner states on affidavit that the there are three seats vacant with respect to the same stream. The position has been disputed by respondent-AIIMS on affidavit.

4. The petitioner has relied upon some internal communication indicating therein that in super speciality, the seats were seven out of which Signature Not Verified Signed By:PRATIMA Signing Date:15.02.2023 11:52:21 four seats have already been occupied and, therefore, states that there are still three seats vacant.

5. A copy of the internal note has been handed over to the learned counsel on behalf of the AIIMS.

6. List on 20.02.2023, on that date the counsel appearing for the AIIMS will verify the seat vacancy position by way of supplementary affidavit alongwith relevant record.

7. The appearance of Mr. Atul Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner be also read in the order dated 06.02.2023.
