Section 297(2) in The City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948
(2)When any public street or part thereof is permanently closed under sub-section (1), the site of such street, or of the part thereof which has been closed, may be disposed of, subject to the provisions of section 70, as land belonging to the Corporation.
