Section 276(b) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(b)the architect and other professional referred top in clause (a) informs to the Bureau of Indian Standards, the details of building materials, articles or processes used in the building and other construction activities for which the Indian Standards do not exist with the Bureau of Indian Standards and the performance of such materials, articles or processes along with the suggestions for their improvement to enable the Bureau of Indian Standards to consider, and form necessary standards.
