The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that his clients have collected the relevant record and he wants some time to file it. He needs to file the record before the next date. A submission was made by learned Counsel Shri Shaikh that as per his information though one road was approved for Dalit Wasti, in Dalit Wasti there was already road made recently, that was in good condition and there was no necessity of construction of new road. If there is such circumstance and if the amount which was to be utilised for this road, is utilised for construction of other road, the Court may not take that seriously. So, in that case it may amount ::: Uploaded on - 20/01/2021 ::: Downloaded on - 08/02/2021 07:17:07 ::: 2 Cri.W.P. No. 1533/2020 only irregularity and will not amount any offence committed under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. So, this circumstance needs to be addressed by learned Counsel Shri Shaikh. Keep the matter on 23/03/2021.
