09.01.2023 Heard Shri MP Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioner in these two cases.

Shri J. Chutia, learned counsel, who has entered appearance for the sole respondent has submitted that for a meaningful consideration of the Courts' order, there is a corresponding duty of the petitioner under which he is required to submit certain documents and information, last date of which is fixed on 18.01.2023. The learned counsel accordingly submits that while denying the allegation of any contempt, the stand can be put on record only after the last date. He accordingly prays for and is granted 4(four) weeks to file the affidavit-in-opposition.
