Section 2(4)(d) in Delhi Prisons (Inspection, Meetings and Duties of Officers) Rules, 1988

(d)The Superintendent shall compile a list enumerating the paragraphs of the inspection reports of higher Officers, of audit, of important letters on which action has not been completed with reasons therefor and shall attach this list with his inspection report.
