Section 120 in The Delhi Co-Operative Societies Act, 2003
120. Punishment for offences not otherwise provided for.
- Any co-operative society or any officer or member thereof or any other person contravening the provisions of this Act for which no punishment is expressly provided herein shall be punishable with a fine which may extend to five thousand rupees.
