6. Exemptions.
(1)The Government may, by notification in the Government Gazette define and grant exemptions from payment of Kahcharai levied under this Act.(2)The exemptions to be granted at the commencement of this Act shall be as set out in Schedule II and shall continue to be granted till they are annulled or altered under sub-section (1).
