83. Awards and orders of Tribunal to be executed by civil courts.
- livery award of the Tribunal and every order made by the Tribunal for the payment of money for the delivery of possession or removal of any structure shall be enforced in the Presidency Town, by the Madras City Civil Court, and elsewhere by the Subordinate Judge's Court having jurisdiction over the area in which the land concerned in the proceeding of the Tribunal is situated as if it were the decree of the said court.
