Section 61(1) in Chhattisgarh Kamdhenu Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 2011
(1)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Adhiniyam, the State Government may by order published in official Gazette not inconsistent with the provision of this Adhiniyam remove the difficulty:Provided that no such order shall be issued after the expiry of two years from the appointed day.
