Section 4(b) in Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University Statutes
(b)Every Officer of the University and every member of a University authority or body appointed under the Laws shall, if required by the Registrar, give an address to which communications may be sent, and the posting of communications to that address shall be sufficient compliance with the requirements of the laws as to notice or dispatch of papers.
