01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. On oral submission made on behalf of the petitioner, Odisha University of Health Sciences, represented by its Registrar, At- Sishu Bhawan, Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, is impleaded as Opposite Party No.5.
3. The petitioner has alleged in the present writ application that she is a student of Biju Pattnaik Medical Technology, Baripada, which is a private recognized institution and has been affiliated by Maharaja Sriram Chandra Bhanja Deo University, Sriram Chandra Vihar, Takatpur, Baripada in Mayurbhanj district. She is pursuing four year B.Sc. course in Optometry but the opposite parties are not holding semester examinations.

5. Notice be issued to opposite parties No.3, 4 and the newly added opposite party No.5 by Registered Post/Speed Post with A.D. returnable within four weeks. Requisites be filed within a week.
