Section 23 in Jammu and Kashmir Alienation of Land Act, SVT. 1995 (1938 A.D)
23. Application of certain provisions of the Land Revenue Act.
- Subject to the provisions of this Act, the provisions of Chapter II of the Jammu and Kashmir Land Revenue Act, Svt. 1996, shall, in so far as they are applicable, apply to the proceedings of Revenue officer under this Act.
