Section 15 in The Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir
15. State to ensure speedy improvement in standard of living of rural masses.
- The State shall endeavour to organise and develop agriculture and animal husbandry by bringing to the aid of the cultivator the benefits of modern and scientific research and techniques so as to ensure a speedy improvement in the standard of living as also the prosperity of the rural masses.
