Section 13(i) in Chhattisgarh Minerals (Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rules, 2009
(i)The permit holder, from the date of sanction, for every calendar year shall deposit the annual fee of Rs. 10,000/- in the same manner as prescribed in sub-rule (2) of Rule 7.
